"Rose"

This delicate teddy bear´s name is "Rose" and this is what the teddy smells like. Dried rose petals inspired me to design this teddy. "Rose" is sewed in the pale pink and pale yellow colours of those rose petals. Pale pink sparce mohair and off-white sparce mohair make "Rose" look a bit antique. The romantic rose brooch and the ruches decorating the teddy´s wrists match the music box painted in antique white. The music box is also decorated with delicate flowers and ribbons. "Rose" is not heavy, nearly as light as a rose petal. I only filled some mineral ganules into the feet for a better balance. Claws and nose stitched in pale yellow match the pale yellow satin ribbon roses. The removable pillow in the music box is filled to bursting with fragrant rose petals. If you wind up the music box, Tschaikowsky´s Blumenwalzer (Nutcracker) sounds.
"Rose" is a romantic bruin, who loves sunsets and likes to bring you sweet dreams like the sandman with his potpourri sachet and its music box. This teddy is a good listener and a gentle fellow.
"Rose" moved to Démouville, France, and is now enjoying his music box together with Laila (and "Petite Fraise" and "M. le Cadeau").
