"Lavande"

Here comes "Lavande", a beautiful teddy bear who comes with his music box and a removable pomander inside of the music box. His pomander is filled with fragrant lavender. Besides, I decorated "Lavande" and his music box with floral ornaments I made myself. These ornaments consist of embroidered lavender flowers, ribbons and mint green buttons. "Lavande´s" fur is a combination of luxurious off-white curled mohair and fabulous short pile alpaka in dark purple. It looks like "Lavande" is wearing his pyjamas. A dark green ruffled collar gives the teddy bear a classic look, in addition to his hunchback. Face and hands have been needle-sculpted, while face, hands and feet have been shaded in addition. "Lavande´s" nose and claws are stitched with matching purple thread. I filled this teddy bear with sheep´s wool, some lavender flowers and in order to give him additional weight and balance I used mineral granules. His music box plays Johannes Brahms´ "Wiegenlied" to calm you down and the lavender scent is soothing.
"Lavande" is a very kind teddy bear. He loves watching the starry sky and the moon at night. In the morning, "Lavande" likes to stay in bed, he is the teddy who will get up very late. Furthermore he likes candle light, small pillow fights and building blanket forts. "Lavande" is able to calm you down when you can not sleep and he will be glad to have a glass of milk with you before going to bed.
