The following terms of business and delivery are binding. When ordering you accept these terms.
All prices include German VAT. Mistakes may occur, prices may change. If something like that happens after you ordered, I will tell you the changed prices in the acknowledgement. What concerns the prices of my teddybears please ask for them.
Your may order via e-mail or via mail. Please tell me the exact name of the bruin/article you want to buy (if ordering mohair: amount, colour/number, length of pile and what kind of mohair - smooth, curly or untidy). You decide which mode of dispatch you want (e. g. with or without insurance). But if you choose to receive the parcel without any insurance, it is on your own risk. The postage may be looked up in the recent price list of Deutsche Post AG or just ask me. Packaging does not cause you any cost.
By the way: If I receive two or more orders for one teddybear, date and time of order receipt is relevant.
After I received your order, I will send you a bill which contains all informations needed for payment. If you order mohair, I will also tell you how long it will take, as dyeing lasts a few days and I do not have many colours in stock.
I only accept payment in advance in Euro by bank transfer or

After having received the money I will send you your parcel as fast as possible.If you do not like the goods after having received them or you want to cancel the order (latest date: 2 weeks after the date of the bill!) you may send them back to me. But you have to pay the shipping costs. The prices for the items shall be refunded in full after I got them back.
Of course your data will be treated secretly and will not be given to a third party.
I may change these terms at any time without any announcement.
