For the 100th birthday of the teddybear I wanted to create something festive.
And what mustn´t be missing at a birthday party? A nice teapot! But many guests like to have sugar in their tea, so I also needed a sugar bowl. This was the idea for my pattern 10 and 11.
"Teekännchen" (means little teapot) and "Zuckerdöschen" (means little sugar bowl) have got, like real dishes, little lids and handles. A spout isn´t missing either. Additionally I decorated the rims of the lids and the hexagonal paws, to make the service festive. Teekännchen is incidentially approx. 16 cm (6,3") tall whereas Zuckerdöschen measures approx. 13 cm (5,1").
Both like it best to serve the guests at partys. Though Teekännchen hasn´t got a simple job as it always has to advise Zuckerdöschen not to play with the sugar-lumps and not to make somersaults. They really have to stay together.

Both travelled to Swiss and are now living happily with Doriana and her other teddybears.
