Here you can again see a bear with an unusual formed belly. "Sternchen" (little star) is his name and this very form has his body. Arms and legs mainly consist of the tips of the star. This is why he has only 5 joints: for the neck, legs and wrists. Though he is quite flexible as I applied a quite exceptional filling: short-grain rice. Moreover this material enables him to move his head more flexibly.
Sternchen (incidentially 13 cm (5,1") tall) enjoys watching the stars or at least watches the clouds move. So he is a very dreamy bear and he loves to be hugged quite often.
On my first little fair it finally happened... I had to say goodbye to him. But I am totally convinced that he is very happy at his new home. A girl saw him and didn´t want to leave the fair without him. Her mother said she wouldn´t buy the teddybear... but actually she decided to surprise her daughter and bought Sternchen in the end of the fair.
